Opened in 2023 by Robert and Arielle Ashford, Unity Java the latest in a series of social enterprise concepts in the Unity Family.
Bringing together the love for community investment, recovery-friendly workplaces, and great coffee – Unity Java is a chic commUNITY coffee shop that employs those in recovery and returning from incarceration. We focus on single origin and fair trade coffee, investing in our local commUNITY, and paying our team a living wage.
We believe that commUNITY is the most important thing we have and we need to support each other.
